Mechanics are very similar between normal and hardcore. They recently changed it so you can res in normal.
Memoria is bosses from ddn split into four nests. You can res
but you can only take four people. It is good if you want to practice a certain boss because you can restart if you die.
mem1: ship (drops 1x scale)
mem2: flower and manti (drops 2x scales)
mem3: scorpion, worm, golem (drops 3x scales)
mem4: dragon (drops wraths)
These drops are when there are four people. If you die please don't leave the party because less scales are given at the end.
